Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Crane & Rigging Coordinator to join our established and dedicated shutdown team.

The Role
The role is a permanent position with Minara Resources manages and directs the activities of the central maintenance groups specialising in crane and rigging activities onsite ensuring compliance to relevant standards and regulations are met in order to safely achieve production requirements.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with Planning[FR(M-A1] preparation prior to execution Allocating day-to-day work priorities to a range of disciplines, ensuring work is conducted safely Reporting on preparation activity completion against set targets Allocating manpower for tasks to ensure safe and efficient execution when required Audit and Compliance Activities for onsite crane activities.[FR(M-A2] Communicating operational information to and from the leadership team, with various preparation teams Assist with the development and management of documentation used during the preparation and execution of maintenance plans [FR(M-A3] Ensuring suitability and availability of equipment spares through close liaison with area maintenance planners and schedulers Identifying competence requirements for work tasks Measuring Team performance and implement first level discipline while motivating employees to perform About You
This role would suit an adaptable problem solver with good technical knowledge, leadership, and effective communication skills with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
You will also have:
Qualifications/Licences in Rigging, Scaffolding and Crane Operating at least 5 years' experience A Western Australian C-Class manual drivers' licence Relevant experience working in maintenance plant shutdowns of fixed plant machinery Demonstrated success as an effective leader in a customer focused environment Previous experience in managing costs and budgeting Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications A high level of experience with using computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), with a knowledge of Oracle desirable What We Offer
