In this key role, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
You will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
By understanding the unique needs and concerns of Murray PHN, you will provide the necessary support and training to ensure everyone feels confident and engaged with the changes.
Your contribution will build a resilient and adaptable team ready to achieve and maintain ISO 27001 Certification.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Conduct impact analyses and assess readiness for change.
Facilitate Information Security Management System awareness training and provide direct support to managers and supervisors during transitions.
Continuously improve change management and communication plans based on feedback.
Monitor performance metrics to track progress toward certification objectives.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualifications or certifications in business administration, project management, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
High proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint.
Detail-oriented and organised with a methodical approach to complex issues.
Change management certification.
Experience with ISO certification implementation or maintenance.
