Band 8 salary range from $113,068 to $125,540 per annum plus statutory superannuationThe RoleWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time position within the Operations Unit.The Coordinator Business Operations will lead the business support team to develop, implement, and maintain work schedules and customer requests to support the Operations department in consistently demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery.This key leadership role will provide leadership and advice to a team of office administrators and schedulers to support the broader Operations team in the delivery of key services to the Community.About YouTertiary qualification in business or asset management and/or lesser formal qualifications with extensive and diverse experience in a related discipline.Knowledge of Road Management Act and Council's Road and Tree Management Plan.Demonstrated experience in the development of works programs utilizing computer systems.Demonstrated experience of working in a team and autonomously to achieve best outcomes.Demonstrated experience with asset management principles and systems.Capable of motivating and fostering a positive work environment where individual staff thrive.Extensive project management skills including financial and budget management skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.Focus on timely delivery of quality customer service outcomes.To ApplyTo apply for this position, please click on the Apply button and submit your application.
