Cooke & Dowsett Rosetta Plumbing (TAS) As our new Project Manager and reporting to the State Manager and Directors, you will lead and manage our on-site teams and engage with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves management of the plumbing requirements on large commercial sites and will suit someone with experience in driving complex projects whilst meeting time, quality and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure projects run to scheduleEngage, coordinate and manage labour and subcontractors during the projectManage and mentor a team of Site Managers and staffClosely monitoring project financesCommunicate, negotiate and track the progress of projectsLiaising between contractors and senior managersDispute/issue resolution as requiredControl and drive plumbing programsLiaise closely with clients and consultantsImplementation of OH&S, progress and cost reportingImplementation of ISO 9001 Accredited Quality Assurance SystemAssisting the site team and various contractors and suppliersSkills and Experience: A relevant trade qualification in plumbingRecord in delivering high value projectsStrong understanding of plumbing systems, codes and regulationsProject Management experienceMinimum 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing/construction industrySelf-motivated with excellent communication skillsWork within a team environmentAn excellent understanding of technical specificationsAustralian standards comprehensionGood computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, Aconex, Web FM or similarWillingness to travel as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
