We are looking for a motivated and passionate Casual Cook to join the PLG team at The Golden Fleece Hotel  in  Melton .
You'll play a pivotal role executing a range of cooking tasks, preparing dishes to exact specifications and keeping your work area clean and organised.
The Golden Fleece Hotel is a favourite Melton local for all to enjoy!
Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, with both indoor & outdoor dining areas for all to enjoy.
Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, the Golden Fleece Hotel caters to both children and adults alike.

What will my duties include?
- Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
- Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including food assembly and plating.
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
What we are looking for: - Food Handlers Certificate.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
