The Role: As a Cook or Kitchenhand in our café, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, working closely with our talented Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members to create and refine menu offerings. Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during service. Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency. Manage inventory and stock control to minimize waste and maximize freshness. Uphold and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook or Kitchenhand in a fast-paced culinary environment. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations. A passion for creating exceptional dishes and experimenting with flavors. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
