Bundall location Free undercover car parking 1 of 3 Paralegals with an Administration Assistant The role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running Qld residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Your duties will include - Dealing with the client, agent, broker and other Solicitors Contract perusal, on line searches, Following up on outstanding conditions, Settlement statement, PEXA settlements and general file management duties. Your experience You will have a minimum of 1 year Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary Well established law firm based at Bundall. 4 staff in total. Offer benefits such as birthday leave, fully stocked kitchen. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $95,000 + Super).
