Propel your legal career by joining our top-tier Canberra Real Estate team as a Law Clerk on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in ACT's pre-eminent real estate practice with market leaders Alfonso del Rio and Adam Peppinck. You will join a strong team of law clerks who are responsible for managing the high volume of conveyances and other transactions for an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial and government clients.

Key responsibilities This exciting law clerk role will see you
Interacting with the clients and buyer's lawyers on a daily basis.Have full responsibility for the management of filesPrepare and negotiate sale contracts and related documents.Consult with leading Real Estate lawyers on legal issues.Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in a legal or professional services environment (not necessarily in a Real Estate team)Strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work autonomouslyStrong drafting skills and an eye for detailA strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your workA desire to work within a dynamic, supportive and fast-paced team environmentThe Real Estate team As a key player in many of Australia's most significant and complex property projects, the multidisciplinary Real Estate team's clients include foreign institutional investors, property fund managers, government authorities, real estate investment trusts, developers and other stakeholders, on some of the largest and most complex projects in Australia.
We are the law firm of choice for large major projects including urban renewal, major development, sustainability, sale and leaseback and joint ventures.
