They are a friendly, established and growing practice, which prides itself on an inclusive and open office culture with low staff turnover and approachable principals.In this role you will be reporting to the Senior Conveyancer and supporting with conveyancing administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.This role presents an excellent opportunity to join an established and successful firm with a down to earth and unique culture.Typical duties include:Preparation of legal documentsUse of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlementsLiaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancersAttend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicingFile management including opening and closing filesManaging diary appointmentsDrafting general correspondence of documents and lettersAbout youYou will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role at a law firm.
