in Property, Litigation, Commercial and Estate Planning Law is seeking an experienced
Property Solicitor
or
Conveyancing Paralegal
to join their friendly and relaxed team in their modern, central office.
About the Role:
Manage and oversee
residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish .
Provide expert legal advice on property matters.
Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to conveyancing.
Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other parties.
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced legal team.
About you:
You will have solid experience in Residential Conveyancing, either as a Solicitor with up to
3 years PAE
or a Conveyancing Paralegal with proven experience in Residential transactions.
Knowledge of
Estates
is desirable, but not essential.
