Conveyancer

Our Client is a property law firm specialising in conveyancing with offices in Brisbane CBD, Manly on Brisbane's Bayside, and Bundall on the Gold Coast. They offer a range of professional services for residential properties in QLD; including conveyancing for houses, apartments, land, off-the-plan contracts, and more. They can handle conveyancing for properties all over Queensland, with a focus on Brisbane & Gold Coast.
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conveyancer or Property Lawyer at Empire Legal, with flexibility for remote work.
The file handler will be responsible for facilitating the sale or purchase of properties, handling legal documentation, communicating with clients, and helping clients throughout the conveyancing process.
If you can do NSW conveyancing, that is a bonus (but not required).
What we are looking for: 3+ years
experience in QLD conveyancing as a file handler
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong Communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A drive to perform and deliver excellence
A good attitude
