About the role Munro & Associates Conveyancing is seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Clerk to join our team in Ballarat, Victoria.
This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in supporting our clients through the conveyancing process.
The Role: All tasks necessary for day to day managing of conveyancing files from start to end, with the support of administrative staff membersDrafting and preparing letters, contracts & vendor statements, transfer documents and other required conveyancing formsContract ReviewsLiaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing processProviding exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the conveyancing processOther administrative (conveyancing related) tasks as required.You'll be using Smokeball and PEXA systems to optimise workflows and ensure seamless transactions.
