About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and operationally savvy professional to join ICC Sydney who is passionate about the Security Industry, performing as a Control Room Operator on a Full Time basis.
As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in the ICC Sydney Security team, responsible for monitoring CCTV, managing access control and effective coordination of response to incidents and building requirements. Managing multiple moving parts and a vast array of stakeholders, you will handle interactions in a composed and diplomatic way, with respect, providing advice and solutions to suit the situation while maintaining vigilance over ICC Sydney assets.
The role would suit a Security professional looking for that next step in Security Operations. You will enjoy a work pace, and focus, that changes from shift to shift. You are naturally a composed and pragmatic person, which will provide a solid grounding to be successful in this role. As a natural communicator and a logical thinker, you will be able to put process and procedure into operational action and tangible results.
There is opportunity for growth and development in several roles within the Security department including specialist and leadership roles. This role works off a rotating roster, providing 24/7 coverage of the building - 4 days on, 4 days off (2 days, 2 nights) consisting of 12 hour shifts.
