We are seeking an experienced Control-M Developer to assist the Corporate Systems team in supporting the design, analysis, build, testing and implementation of its projects.
A minimum Baseline Security Clearance is an essential requirement for this role.
Duties may include: Create software and technical designs for the realization of complex development solutionsProvide technical advice on software development and maintenanceProvide go-live support and maintenance for complex developmentsPerform a range of analysis, design, software development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activitiesUndertake analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutionsEnsure compliance with endorsed software development methodologiesIdentify, investigate, and resolve complex ICT issuesAssess, communicate, monitor, and control riskDevelop team plans and goalsPrepare draft reports and corporate documentationManage and prioritize own and others' workloads to meet business objectives in specified timeframesDevelop and deliver on projects within the assigned area of responsibilityPerform cost analysis activities as required Ability to: Use and encourage the use of digital technology to work efficientlyTranslate technical information for non-technical audiencesDiscuss and negotiate issues with credibility, transparency and respectUndertake analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidenceWork collaboratively and embrace agile ways of workingSupport and encourage innovation and continuous improvementRemain optimistic and focused in response to setbacks or challengesEnable change initiatives and encourage others to embrace changeShow care and courage with challenging interactions Requirements: Baseline ClearanceAt least 3 years of experience working in large ICT Control-M Project teams with complex business rules and high data volumesExposure to SAP PS-CD and S/4HANA technologiesAbility to prepare high quality documentation, including detailed functional design specifications, requirement traceability, testing documentation and other implementation documentationPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and to share information.
