About the roleJoin Our Team as a ProCare Contracts Specialist At Stryker South Pacific, we're dedicated to making healthcare better, and we're looking for a ProCare Contracts Specialist to join our Technical Operations team. In this role, you will manage relationships and processes across various functions, including Supply Chain, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and Sales.
What you'll be responsible forConduct legal and factual research to collate findings, and inform business and legal decisions.Review laws and standards to implement, update and maintain the organization's policies, standards, and procedures.Advise on the whole spectrum of legal matters that apply to the business and its offerings.Skills you'll needPersuades others to shift their views and/or behaviours with the goal of reaching consensus.Critical thinking.Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables. #J-18808-Ljbffr
