Over the coming decade we will expand T1 International, and build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel. This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.
Our team are currently looking for a Contracts Officer to join our expanding team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This is an entry-level role with clear development and growth opportunities!
About the Role: Support the Procurement Team with sourcing, purchasing, and contracts administration tasks Source, prepare, and review quotations for goods and services Assist in supplier setup and process purchase requisitions in line with PAPL's Procurement Policy Manage supplier insurance records, ensuring up-to-date information and compliance Assist with preparing tender documentation, addressing stakeholder queries and monitoring contract end dates Provide general contracts administrative and ERP system support to the Procurement Team About You: Experience in a commercial environment with exposure to contract management or previous procurement experience would be highly regarded but not essential Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier management Proficient in ERP systems, TechOne or similar Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Effective communication skills and strong stakeholder management Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team About Us: We offer a dynamic and supportive team culture, a contemporary workplace with great facilities and a modern approach to work/life integration.
