a role that will help us to power progress for our customers. The Contracts Manager role sits within the Energy Solutions division of Aggreko which delivers and manages Aggreko's long-term thermal, renewable, and hybrid Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing Aggreko's PPAs with Aggreko's customers and will ensure Aggreko fulfills its contractual obligations under the PPAs. This includes managing and resolving day-to-day operational and commercial issues, managing variations and scope changes, ensuring the customer complies with its obligations, and will be the primary commercial point of contact for Aggreko's existing customers. The Contracts Manager will also look to leverage existing customer relationships to find opportunities for growth and increased value. What you'll do:

Manage existing contractual arrangements to ensure all obligations are being met. Meet regularly with Aggreko's customers and attend monthly operational meetings. Support operational teams to resolve issues. Develop, implement, and manage contract management and reporting tools. Manage contract variations and extensions. Report on a monthly basis the activity and performance levels of all contracts. Prepare contract summaries and contract management plans. Review invoices and manage any disputes. Update the risk register to ensure that the directors are aware of and adequately address all risk factors that may present from existing contracts.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

University Degree in Commerce, Finance, Law or equivalent work experience. Experience in a Contracts Manager position preferably within the energy/utilities/engineering sector. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on win-win outcomes. Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive resolution of issues without supervision. Customer-focused and collaborative approach. Ability to work with senior stakeholders internally and externally to achieve outcomes.
