Contracts Manager

Our client is looking for Contract Manager Business Partners to own the management of contracts across a variety of departments/projects. You will be joining a small, positive, collaborative fun environment and your experience across industries will be warmly welcomed.
These new roles are both initially 2 year contracts and your key responsibilities will include:
Develop, lead, and run contract management plans and sourcing strategies to optimise value for money and meet operational needs. Plan and execute goods, services, and works contracts across diverse business services, including corporate supply, IT, facility management, and infrastructure projects. Identify and manage risks, including commercial, contractual, operational, and supply chain risks, throughout the life cycle of capital and operational projects. Provide specialist contract management advice, including on local government infrastructure, financial monitoring, and Council's tendering process. Support contractual disputes and commercial contract issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and Council standards. Continuously monitor, report, and ensure contract performance aligns with budget, quality standards, and environmental considerations. You will require the following to apply:
