The Opportunity Bhagwan Marine is seeking a motivated Contracts Coordinator to join our team based in the Perth CBD office.
This position is responsible for providing coordination and support towards the contract life cycle within Bhagwan Marine including the analysis, review, negotiation and coordination of contracts and agreements in compliance with company policy and procedures, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations to achieve Company objectives and performance targets.
Details of the key responsibilities of this role are listed below:
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the review, drafting, negotiation, and implementation process of contracts with support of Contract Manager and GM Commercial.Ensure that all Contractual Administration is conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.Download tender documents, folder creation and management, assist with formatting and completing tender documents.Complete and submit vendor/supplier and customer prequalifications and supporting documentation.Update and maintain filing structure within commercial system.Qualifications and Experience: Internship or relevant project-based experience (1 – 2 years) preferred.Sound business acumen / commercial sense.Experience in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Resource or Construction Industry sectors (preferred).Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Project, and PowerPoint.Results orientated.If you are a recent graduate with a passion for the marine industry and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading marine vessel operator, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
