About Our Client:
Our client is a boutique pool building and landscape company, specialising in designing and creating unique, high-end pools and landscapes that transform backyards into luxurious retreats. They are currently looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Administrator to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning business, where your contributions are truly valued.
This role is a part-time position,Tuesday through to Friday (9.00am- 2.30pm)based on site in the Cheltenham head office.
Your Role:
You'll play a key role in supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, in addition you will be responsible for:

Assisting with council permit lodgement
Inputting quotations and maintain accurate records
Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Supporting in generating pool building contracts
General administrative tasks as required

What You Bring:

Computer Savvy – proficient with the Microsoft office suite | MYOB and Salesforce (Desirable)
A proactive individual with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
Previous experience in a similar role (Beneficial)
Someone who is comfortable working autonomously
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
