Contracts Administrator with Legal Background - Civils - Perth Our client is a respected specialist national Civil Engineering contractor with an exemplary track record on delivering an array of complex and challenging ground remediation projects within the civil infrastructure sector throughout Australia.
Due to ongoing project awards, they are seeking an experienced (minimum 5yrs+) Perth based Contracts Administrator with a Legal background  to join their existing commercial team in their WA corporate office with the occasional overnight project site visit .
The ideal candidate will be from a civils or construction background, even Tier 1, with a minimum 6yrs experience in negotiating and reviewing awarded contracts. With this in mind you could come from a background including Quantity Surveying or Contracts Administrator with construction law qualifications and experience.
You will also be required to assist senior management on claims and contractual correspondence in addition you will also be the point of contact for drafting and execution of supply subcontracts.
