A Contract Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Tier 3 Builder in Inner Sydney to work on a $3 million high-end commercial office refurbishment project.

The Opportunity
Working for an established and reputable commercial fit-out contractor
Working under a PM, with projects ranging from $1 million - 4 million on average, in the commercial, medical, and education sectors
Initial project is a $3 million commercial refurbishment, consisting of a new lift shaft, end of trip, office fit-out, and rooftop bar
$115k to $135k package
Immediate start
Long-term permanent opportunity
Inner Sydney based, close proximity to a mainline train station, on-site car parking available

The Company
An established Tier 3 Contractor with $20 million T/O
Sectors include commercial, education, and medical
Reporting to a Project Manager
10+ staff in the business

You Will Have
A Construction Management Degree or similar
3 years minimum previous contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub-contractor payments
Solid software experience sought, with the ability to learn new programs
A steady career history and proven CA background
