An opportunity to help us with our mission.
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team and support the construction function of the business. The role is hybrid where you will be required at head office and on-site. You will have the opportunity to assist in the close out of developments and then transition into setting up new builds.
ResponsibilitiesSupport project delivery teams working on high-density residential apartment projects.Produce accurate cost reports and well-considered tender recommendations.Read and interpret plans, understand technical construction methodology.Provide contractual and financial skills to support project management.Deliver value by efficiently managing scopes of work and ensuring quality service providers.Minimum Requirements6+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.Experience in high-rise projects valued at $50m+.Knowledge of Sydney construction market subcontractors.Strong communication skills to respond to claims, requests, and quotes.Join our team
