Your Role as a Junior PM/Contract Administrator This full-time, permanent position will primarily be responsible for the monitoring, reporting and review for all project administration and contractual matters, utilising both financial and document management systems to achieve project specific and company objectives.
Your scope includes (but not limited to):
Project Start-up & Close-off Procurement of Trades & Major Suppliers Contract Administration: Head Contract, Subcontract, Supplier, Insurance Project Administration The role will be site based, with project locations throughout the Greater Sydney area.
Your project range experience will reflect all market sectors we deliver on, and you will report directly into a highly experienced and collaborative management team.
To be successful in this role, you would require: Related tertiary education - Preferably have come thru the Cadet route with a similar Tier 2 Organisation Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of a Project Engineer/Contract Administrator successfully delivering projects in the commercial fit-out sector in Sydney Ability to problem-solve and respond appropriately to a range of project requirements Outstanding verbal & written communication skills, coupled with stakeholder management skills Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP Must be willing to commit to a long-term career, be predominately based on site, and work in the Greater Sydney area On Offer: Lucrative Salary package Tangible career development and growth opportunities Opportunity to work on some of NSW's most iconic projects Outstanding job security, with a steady pipeline of projects Employment within a global organisation with opportunity for secondments and jobs throughout the world within the Bouygues family EEO A W Edwards is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
