Position Overview: With a strong pipeline of current and future projects inthe $5M - $10M range, we are seeking a CA to join the team.
You will be working closely with the Project Manager on bespoke fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contractual details, including specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue contract change proposals and amendments.
Respond to customer requests for proposals and prepare RFTs for potential subcontractors.
Monitor compliance with contract requirements and ensure all conditions are satisfied.
Manage subcontractors to ensure project targets and key milestones are achieved.
Maintain accurate records of all contract correspondence and versions using Procore software and Cheops Prepare monthly reports detailing project status, expenditures, and progress.
Review trade compliance agreements and assist in planning equipment and resource requirements for projects.
Evaluate and report any changes to project schedules, updating timelines accordingly.
Conduct WHS risk assessments and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian fitout/refurb/new build construction sector.
Strong understanding of contract law and excellent communication skills.
