As a result of our continued growth, Georgiou is seeking a Contract Administrator to be a part of our ongoing success delivering major civil infrastructure upgrades across New South Wales.You will focus on managing and monitoring all costs and contractual matters from project initiation to post-tender completion to ensure the best possible commercial outcomes are achieved. Your key duties will involve:Cost Management:

Develop strategies for accurate cost estimating, budgeting, and tracking to ensure project profitability.Scope Management:

Establish a clear project scope, implement change control processes, and monitor progress to maintain project objectives.Financial Reporting:

Provide regular financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability analysis. Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize project performance.Subcontractor and Supplier Management:

Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and contribute to project success.What you're good at:In addition to holding relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record of success within the civil construction or engineering field.
