Contracts Administrator

Located in Cavan in northern metropolitan Adelaide our construction company client is looking for a contracts administrator. This is a multifaceted role working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals.
It will involve data analysis and project reporting, overseeing contractors and reporting on work order variations.
Your duties would include
Understanding project specifications and reading construction drawingsDeveloping, reviewing, evaluating and negotiating project variationsResponding to inquiries and problem solving regarding programs, projects, and servicesManaging paperwork associated with programs, projects and servicesAdvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsPreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activitiesYou will need:
A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business related qualification, with at least 2 years of "hands on" experience working in a similar positionAbility to work both independently and in a teamAbility to create reports on costing data Excellent analytical and math skills Very detail orientated Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements Proven commercial acumenExcellent time managementYou will be paid $70,0000- $80,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications
