A new opportunity has come around for a Contracts Administrator with 3 / 5 years experience working on new build construction projects around Perth.Essential CriteriaTertiary qualifications in Construction Management and Economics or equivalent3 / 5 years' experience as a contract administratorAbility to work as a team leader in a high-pressure environmentSuccessfully delivered commercial construction projects from $2m > $15mExceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks accordinglyHighly committed to the Health and Safety of team members at all levelsA keen eye for detailApplicants must reside in WA and have recent commercial construction experience.Your responsibilities include:Working closely with the site and project management team to ensure all the commercial aspects of the projects are running smoothlyManage all commercial and contractual matters in relation to the projectAid with project cost forecasting and reportingLiaise with stakeholders such as clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliersArrange and facilitate routine project meetingsProvide support with procurement and purchasing mattersPreparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractorsProvide appropriate input in the negotiation of contracts as requiredReview progress claims and prepare progress payment certificatesEnsure compliance with budget and expenditure protocolsOur client offers a salary of up to $120k / $140k plus super with the opportunity to progress your career through to Project Management.If you believe you have the relevant qualifications and experience, please submit an updated copy of your resume to ****** or call 0401 866 194 / 08 6118 2278.
