The Company: Well established commercial construction & fit out builder operating in Perth for over 30 years. Specialising in high-specification fit outs with blue-chip billion-dollar clients in the CBD. Privately owned and one of the leading fit out companies in WA with a annual turnover of over $100m and an established team of 50+ dedicated employees. Whilst fit out projects are a key part of the business, the company has proven experience tackling complex construction projects and are targeting similar projects in the future. The Requirements: BSc Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Tertiary Qualification. Experience working for a head building contractor on projects over $500k. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors. Negotiation, communication, and attention to detail. Proven experience on commercially successful projects. Australian construction experience. Current resident of WA.
