We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Team in Wimborne, Dorset.
Main Purpose of the Role: The Contracts Administrator will be working alongside the office management team and will be responsible for the provision of a highly professional, efficient, and effective service to our customers.
They would benefit from being organised, have good computing skills and professional telephone manner, as well has have a proven ability to communicate information, both orally and in writing, to a wide range of customers.
Main Duties Involve: Logging jobs on to our system of Service Connect from all Contracts Communicate effectively internally and externally Use of client portals Document Management Scanning to electronic files KPI Reports Chasing up records with clients Take minutes in meetings Any Administrative tasks deemed necessary to support the office management team Completion Emails Purchases Timely and accurate reporting to the management Team Skills and Experience: Customer service: 2 years (preferred) Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred) Strong communication skills Knowledge of IT programs Microsoft/Word/Excel/Service Connect Experience of working in a call centre environment Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Benefits include: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Birthday day off Pension And many more..
