PC Whitehall & Sons is currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Melbourne VIC.
The contract administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and negotiate contracts, scope of works and agreements with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
Managing all related paperwork associated with contracts, programs and projects and responding to any queries from suppliers and clients Make sure that all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Responsible for contract renewals, variations, and contract terminations.
Assessing and approving invoices and progress claims as per contract Assessing and approving subcontractor variations.
Maintain records and documentation related to all contracts.
Assist in Cost reporting, Budget transfer, calculation of head contract variations Calculating and submitting contract extension of time claims Resolve contract disputes and address issues in a timely manner.
Requirements Qualifications in Construction Project Management or similar At least 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
