ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will work directly with an experienced Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialised fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's focus on progressing their staff you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career. 

DUTIES.
Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications is advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industryCULTURE.
