About Our ClientOur client is a mid-tier head contractor who delivers projects in the industrial, commercial, and government sectors. This includes both new builds, refurbishments, and fit-out projects up to $20m in value. As they continue to expand their market share, they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, and as such, they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsManaging variationsThe Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems (e.g., Jobpac, Cheops, Procore)Excellent interpersonal skillsWhat's on OfferOn offer:A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $120-140k + superOpportunity to progress to Project Management within the next 18-24 monthsImmediate start available#J-18808-Ljbffr
