Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager and project team, managing all aspects of commercial practices.
Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring compliance and effective contract administration, including claims management, reporting, and financial processes.Providing guidance on procurement and contract administration procedures to maintain best practices.Overseeing contract securities, insurances, claims, and variations for the head contract and key subcontracts.Supporting project reporting requirements, including preparing monthly progress reports.QualificationsStrong commercial and financial acumen.A tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal, or a related business discipline is preferred.Experience with commercial, education, and government projects.A customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Familiarity with Jobpac or similar software is an advantage.At Wiley, we offer a variety of compelling reasons to join our team.
