Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager (Renewable Energy)

The company has significant financial backing and a boutique culture with good decision makers.Your New Role:Support the implementation and administration of contracts for the development and delivery of large scale renewables projects, working with the legal and project teams. Responsibilities include:Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts related to development and construction of renewables infrastructure including MOU, NDA, LOI, Exclusivity Agreements, EPC, and O&M contracts and agreements.Identifying contractual risks to projects and providing counter strategies and commercial solutions to minimise impact.Managing and administering head contracts and subcontracts (variations, progress claims, contract delivery, RFI's).Managing and preparing claims, including in respect of variations, delays, and commercial matters and disputes.Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules, progress claims and variations.Who You Are:At least 5 years' experience with contract administration and/or contract management for development, construction and/or procurement, from the renewable energy or electrical infrastructure industries with either a principal or an EPC.
