Contracts Administrator - Commercial ConstructionContracts Administrator required for an immediate permanent opportunity. The successful Contracts Administrator will be the first appointment within a new project delivery team being set up due to continued organic growth in this large, national commercial builder. They have a long history of successfully delivering projects up to $50 Million and have an excellent culture that rewards employees, an industry leading benefits program and are big on Work - Life Balance.THE PERSON:Tertiary Qualification / Trade in a construction related disciplineMust be a confident relationship builder as the bulk of work is repeat clientMinimum 3 years as a Contracts Administrator with a reputable larger organisation ideally in the commercial refurb spaceConfident working on a wide range of projects as the portfolio is diverseMust have local Australian experience and a knowledge of local sub contractorsRESPONSIBILITIES:Scopes of work, procurement, negotiating and recommendationsComplete ownership of all projects under your control from a Cost PerspectiveFormulate and lodge Client progress payment claimsPrice variations and process variations ordersLeading and mentoring of more junior staffAttend and participate in review meetingsCosting, budgets and financial reportingSalary will be dependent on the level of experience but as a guide will be in the $100K - $140K mark with excellent benefits and perks that I can go on application.
