Contracts Administrator - Civil & Infrastructure Skip to content
As we continue to experience growth, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to the Commercial and Procurement Manager – Civil & Infrastructure, your primary responsibility is to partner with and support projects across the customer stream in procurement, contract management and administration.

This will include, but is not limited to:
Contract management including head contract review, departures and negotiation; Lead the performance of contract administration activities including preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time and progress claims; Assist Project Teams in undertaking negotiations Subcontractors and Suppliers with respect to the contract, subcontract packages and variations; Lead and drive the negotiation and execution of Subcontractor and Supplier agreements; Review and analyse subcontractor recommendations and requests in line with project procurement registers prior to forming and executing agreements; Assist with any potential disputes with a view to early resolution; and Site travel may be required.
About You
As the successful applicant you will have:
Qualifications in Law, Business, Finance, Construction Management or a related degree; Experience in contract administration, including drafting and issuing of notices; Proven knowledge and experience in drafting, negotiating and issuing Subcontractor agreements; Previous experience in civil and construction will be highly sought after; Unrestricted Drivers Licence; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Ability to pass a drug and alcohol and fit for work assessment About McMahon Services
