Contracts Administrator- Award Winning Commercial Builder-Projects Up To $15M

Leading Commercial builder looking for a Contracts Administrator to work on projects up to $15m.
This company works on projects up to $15m in a variety of sectors including Education, Government & Commercial new build, alterations and fit outs.
They have forged strong relationships with a number of blue chip clients due to the quality of their work and their personalized approach which has created a large amount of repeat business.
They promote from within and want someone who wants to progress in the company, you will be working under a highly experienced and respected Senior Project Manager who will support you as you grow in the role.
Duties:
Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company's management systems, client's requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation
Ensure that clients expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered
Tender packages cover full scope
Subcontractor information received and processed
Progress claims and variations paid on time
Skills & experience
Relevant CA experience in the Commercial Construction space
Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
Good career tenure showing loyalty and reliability
Relevant construction qualifications & experience
Must have Australian experience
