Job Profile Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this position is involved in all aspects of the contract life cycle, particularly focused on the contract, vendor and license management. The role supports Technology Services to ensure value management, and that it meets its objectives through its supply arrangements while ensuring compliance with Government policy and best practice.
The role has the following key focus areas:
Contract Administration – Working with Technology Services contract owners to ensure contracts are being managed, understood and providing administration of the contracts and the financial management. Vendor Management – Working with Technology Services contract owners to ensure vendors are being managed. Mandatory/special role requirements Police Clearance Selection Criteria Demonstrated practical experience in contract and vendor management Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply general principles to specific instances Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to undertake consultation, collaboration, and presentations and to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders on tender and contract issues. Demonstrated initiative and sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
