What you will be doing: As a Contractor Compliance Specialist, you will be focusing on the following:

Responsible for ensuring external contractors working on behalf of Western Power comply fully with the Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements. To carry out duties as Superintendent's Representative in accordance with AS4000, AS4902 and AS4906 contracts. Responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance to, and consistent application of, the Contract Management Framework and the reporting of any contractor breach of this framework. Ensuring the constructability review of contracted work packages is completed prior to Contract execution. Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of outsourced works to ensure full contractual compliance is met with a focus on: site specific safety management site specific environmental management quality assurance Western Power isn't just a workplace; it's a community where innovation thrives, safety is paramount, and support is always at hand. The skills and experience you will have: We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

Must possess a relevant trade or engineering, contract management or HSE qualification. At least 5-6+ years solid experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance. Best practice knowledge and industry experience in the areas of contract management and execution. Best practice experience and knowledge is essential for safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation and emergency response. Proven experience is necessary in managing conflict resolution and managing public and stakeholder relations. Interaction with others is primarily concerned with influencing, developing, and motivating people and changing behaviour. Proven experience in performing Constructability reviews on design packages.
