CONTRACT REGISTERED NURSES IN TIN CAN BAY, QLD About the Role: Position: Registered Nurse - Aged Care Facility Pay rate: $60.00 - $115.70 per hour (+ Super and penalty rates) Location : Tin Can Bay, Queensland Job Type : Contract (4 - 5 week contract - with possibility of extension) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Conduct regular health assessments to monitor and evaluate residents' physical and mental health.
Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans accordingly.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health status, care plans, and any interventions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
