At our Gympie Factory, we produce our iconic coffee brands NESCAFE and INTERNATIONAL ROAST.This is a flexible, fixed term contract role for 6 months, commencing July 2024. We are looking for a Project Engineer with FMCG pedigree who has demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholder's interests in delivering wide variety of Projects. We will consider someone full-time, part-time, or an external contractor for the role.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the end to end management of projects at our Gympie Manufacturing site. You will need a strong customer service ethic and be results focused to ensure that all internal customer's needs are understood, aligned and met through the delivery of each project, whereby you will need to:Ensure all Project activities comply with relevant OH&S guidelines and legislative complianceSupport all functions with the development of Capex Project justifications and submissionsPrepare Project budget proposals, submissionsDevelop Project Business CasesFinancially manage projects to ensure delivery is within the agreed budgetForecast, update and track CAPEX spendWhat Will Make You SuccessfulTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Demonstrated experience in a relevant Project Management/Project Engineering roleEngineering Degree and Project Management qualificationsExperience with high-speed packaging equipment and/or food processing technology, preferably in an FMCG environmentHigh degree of computer literacy, including AutoCAD, Excel, MS ProjectHighly effective communication skills, with the ability to relay appropriate communications at all levels of the Organisation, suppliers and contractorsComprehensive Change Management experience, including reviewing and understanding internal and external Compliance documentation and regulatory standardsPeople and Contractor management experienceIt is essential that applicants are eligible to work permanently in AustraliaApplicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks prior to appointment to this role.Nestlé Gympie is a smoke free workplace with a drug & alcohol testing policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
