The Opportunity WARRRL is growing and with the rollout of our new strategic plan, we are looking for more trailblazers to help us deliver it!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Network Delivery Team as Contract Manager.
Reporting to the Network Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing performance, and fostering strong relationships with our Refund Point Operators (RPOs).
These operators are essential to the success of our container recovery pursuit, with over 70 RPOs situated across Western Australia.
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining network and internal standards, ensuring compliance, and promoting effective use of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Provide end-to-end management of Refund Point Operators within your portfolio, ensuring they meet all compliance, safety, and performance standards.Strategic Planning: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and project implementations to enhance network efficiency and effectiveness.Contract Management: Conduct annual business reviews on RPO contract KPI performance and improvement plans.Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, actively engage and manage stakeholder expectations, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on issue resolutions and system enhancements.This is a full-time opportunity based in Subiaco, ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence and committed to driving network success through compliance and relationship management.
This role will require regional travel on a quarterly basis.
About You: To be successful in the role, you will have experience in the following:
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Demonstrated adherence to systems and processes with a commitment to process improvement and operational efficiency.Experience in operations or customer-oriented roles would be desirable.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with external partners.Good organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Previous experience working in Indigenous communities will be highly regarded.Our Culture and Benefits: WARRRL is strongly committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all.
