This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth strategy while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.Duties and Responsibilities OverviewWork with the HSEQ Manager to oversee HSE management and report on contract staff safety and compliance.Manage overall contract costs in collaboration with Finance and Project Controls.Collect, analyse, and report contract performance data to relevant internal and external stakeholders.Conduct offshore visits to client facilities to foster strong relationships and support Legeneering's people.Support Industrial Relations management in collaboration with the HR function.Ensure quality management of the contract in partnership with the QHSE Manager.Produce and deliver reports with senior management and clients.Attend client and Legeneering social events as required.Manage sub-contractors as required to support operations.Drive project success by meeting contractually agreed KPIs.Collaborate with all contract stakeholders to drive continual improvement in all areas of the contract.Work with HR to support Legeneering's people and foster a culture aligned with company values.Minimum Requirements10+ years related experience within the industry (desirable).Oil & Gas Industry Background.Qualification in Project Management / Business or Trade Qualification.Participate in company QHSE programs.How to ApplyAboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are encouraged to apply.
