The role : As an integral part of our State Operational team, the Contract Manager will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the triumph of their contracts by overseeing and guiding the staff, fostering strong client relationships, and optimizing services to meet both scope requirements and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead a proficient team capable of delivering services round the clock, every day of the year. Provide comprehensive training to staff, equipping them with diverse skills for routine tasks and specialized cleaning needs. 25 regular staff, can ramp up to a 100 on occasion! Facilitate leadership development and succession planning among staff, including training in cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Cultivate a robust partnership and reputation with our clients, ensuring dependable service delivery. Enforce company policies and procedures, fostering clear communication within the contract team. Continuously seek areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements to achieve utmost customer satisfaction. Meet budgetary and financial targets set for the contract.

Possession of industry qualifications or demonstrated experience. Proven track record of leadership in operational settings. Business qualification (preferred).
