Some travelling may be required.ABOUT THE ROLEThe successful candidate will be:EnergeticConfident and accomplished Contract Manager with a proven track record in managing people.Ability to lead and develop a team, enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically, and manage multiple stakeholders.Ideally, currently living in or around Hume Merri-bek Region.Skills/Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a service-based industry working with medium to large corporate clients across multi-site environments.Customer-facing role with the capacity to understand and relate to clients across several sites within the educational sector.Develop credibility with clients by demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound commercial acumen.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements for service delivery, timeliness, and reporting.Engage effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and coordination of activities critical to business objectives.All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a Police Check and a Working With Children Check.What will you be doing?Conduct Quality Service inspections and audits as scheduled and respond on weaknesses in these.Identify contracts "under risk" and develop clearly defined objectives and action plans to prevent contract loss.Assist in key client liaison to ensure smooth transition of operational/functional changes attributed to permanent productivity improvements.Mobilise the start-up of new contracts and provide support to the wider team.Identify the client's decision-making process.Use foresight to identify potential client issues and resolve them before they become problems.Regular face-to-face contact with client representatives.Effective and timely communication within the business and with the customer and other key stakeholders.Timely reporting to Administration for work order progress status and close out recording.Full Australian Drivers' licence.In return, the successful candidate will be offered:Employment with an established national organisation.Professional growth opportunities.Industry related qualifications.Offices close to the CBD.Fully maintained company vehicle.Onsite parking.You will need to already be based in the Hume Region, VIC, have past success in management, and a proven ability to deliver results against these key results areas.
