We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Management Officer to join our team. This role involves working closely with the business to ensure key priorities are met and contract management activities are effectively executed while maintaining the value derived from the source-to-contract process. The position is essential in managing contract reviews, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, and supporting continuous improvement efforts across processes, systems, and tools.
As part of the Contract Management Enablement Team, you will work with SAP Ariba and other systems to administer contract data and documentation, resolve process queries, and ensure the effective management of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:Administer reviews of contract data and documents within SAP Ariba's Contract Workspaces.Issue non-conformance reports and ensure they are closed out.Assist with directed contract reviews, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and obtaining necessary approvals as per the Delegation of Authority manual and policies.Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, risk, safety, environment, and quality teams for review input and guidance.Work with the Contract Enablement Lead to address contractual matters and issues.Resolve process-related queries from contract managers and support staff, escalating to the Contract Enablement Lead and system support staff when necessary.Contribute to the improvement of processes, systems, tools, templates, and ways of working by working closely with business partners.Experience and Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification in procurement, engineering, or contract administration or proven role experience.5+ years' experience working in contract management or administration (e.g. Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Procurement Manager) administering the procurement and/or delivery of goods and services in large businesses.Comprehensive understanding of contract administration/management including up and downstream processes across a variety of delivery models.Knowledge and experience creating and using various contract forms throughout the contract lifecycle.MS Office skills including intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Essential Requirements:You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.Closing Date: 13 January 2025 11:59pm AEST.
