Dommar is a long-standing South Australian company with over 35 years proven experience in Construction Project / Contract Management, requires a number of suitably qualified Contract and Project Managers and Contract Administrators to work with our Tier One client on various new large Major Road Infrastructure Projects located in or near Adelaide CBD, South Australia. Ideally, the professionals we require will have tertiary qualifications in either; engineering, project / contract and/or commercial management or similar with a minimum 3 to 10 years experience with delivery of Major Road and Tunnel Infrastructure Projects. A number of positions are to be fill for either Contract Managers, Project Managers and Contract Administrators with immediate start offered with min 12 to 24 months engagement and potentially ongoing indefinitely with new road extension works constantly arising. Tasks and duties listed below for the position of Contract Managers, Project Managers and Contract Administrators: Working with Dommar in the roles described above as part of the Superintendent's Team being one of our Tier One national clients to support management and delivery of their stakeholders and construction contractors to safely and effectively deliver Major Road and Tunnel Infrastructure Projects and/or a program of related road works ranging in value from $5m to $250m plus.Project Management experience to direct works with both professional, technical and commercial acumen with an outcome focus on safety, community, public and environmental management, strong team leadership with effective communication / documentation skills.Risk management and mitigation through planning, design and construction delivery using proven - best practice methods and systems.Experience leading multi-discipline teams, manage and coordinate contractual & financial matters requiring preparation of contracts, tendering, award, approvals, costs, time and quality management.Contract / commercial management of project budgets and procurement with appropriate cost controls, critical and contractual time frames.Undertakes regular, various level project health checks and reporting.Sound proven project delivery experienced with high negotiations and communication skills with relevant project stockholders and the construction contractors with a team focus towards providing wider team assistance and mentoring to ensure positive delivery outcomes.Ideally having experience with delivery of road infrastructure projects using Multi-Party Alliance Contracting. Experience to manage and engage across complex internal stakeholders include external such as; local communities, public and businesses, required to negotiate mutually acceptable outcomes.Only resources need apply having relevant experience with delivery of Major Road and Tunnel Infrastructure Projects, proficient with using Australian Standards for the technical project and/or contractual delivery of the works (including the use of Alliancing contractual delivery frameworks).
