We are looking for a proficient and professional contract administrator to join this amazing team! This role is broad and you'll be managing the induction program aligned to WHS specific requirements; managing contracts; advising and coordinating with in-house counsel and property management teams to ensure contractual compliance; and engaging in general administration to support the Property Management and Legal teams as required.



To win your new role you will have experience in property management, asset management, and building compliance. You understand how to interpret leases and contracts and ensure the management of compliant delivery. 



You're able to take ownership of your role confidently, you are proficient in MS365, you thrive on deadlines and not only meet them but smash them, and your ideal role sees you juggling priorities
