Busy and highly respected builder are looking for a confident and experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team working from the head office which is centrally located working on commercial, education, aged care and refurb projects.
The company who are well established and have been around for over 10 years, and they have built up a great reputation and strong client base within the industry. They work with repeat clients and due to continuous strong relationships are now being asked to tender on bigger jobs.
Responsibilities:Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statementsProvide input for financial reports to the Management TeamEnsure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packagesPreparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultantsLiaise with client regarding progress claims to Head ContractTo be considered for this role you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarExperience working on commercial projectsSolid local experience working as a Contracts AdministratorPrevious proven experience completing multiple projects start to finishUnderstanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contractsA working knowledge of major building tradesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsBenefits of the role:A strong pipeline of current and future workFlat senior management structure - work closely with very senior and highly respected industry leadersCompetitive salaryHead office based role - train station close byFriendly and family orientated work place cultureCareer progression opportunities - close knit business that prioritises internal promotion opportunities before recruitingSupportive team environmentIf you feel this is the job for you please get in touch with Gaby Sco /
